Excellent location and a very reasonable price.
Great location to access the most beautiful beach in the area, Cala Aguila. Not far from the promedate of Cala Ratjada center, where you can find all sort of restaurants and bars.
The walls are not sound proof.

Pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful staff
We liked the staff they were really thoughtful and helped us a lot. We liked the double bed and the terrace and that the room was spacious enough for all. We liked a lot Cala Ratjada, very nice area. It was easy to park on the street and free. A lot of supermarkets in the area, restaurants, you can easily find whatever you need at not so expensive prices.
We didn’t quite like the breakfast, the food was fine but very simple and not many variety/choices.

Nice room, close to restaurants and beach.
I liked that it was so close to the beach, restaurants and fun activities. Staff was very friendly and our room was cleaned every day!
My friend got sick because of the air conditioning, which we didn't have on at night. Probably due to bacteria in the air conditioner. Also, the breakfast was a little small but otherwise okay
